Shipping Info
At Verdant Oasis, we ensure our botanical companions are delivered with the utmost care. We use specialized eco-friendly packaging designed to keep plants hydrated and stable during transit.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on Fridays to avoid plants sitting in warehouses over the weekend.
Delivery Windows
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping is available for urgent botanical needs (1-2 days).
Temperature Control
During extreme weather (above 90°F or below 35°F), we may temporarily hold shipments to protect plant health. You will be notified immediately if a weather-related delay occurs.
Returns & Refunds
Plants are living beings, and sometimes they struggle with the journey. Our “Arrival Guarantee” ensures you receive a healthy, thriving plant or a replacement.
The 30-Day Guarantee
If your plant arrives damaged or dies within 30 days of arrival, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you. We simply ask for a photo of the plant to help our horticultural team diagnose any shipping issues.
- Non-plant items (pots, tools) can be returned within 30 days in original packaging.
- Refund processing takes 5-7 business days after approval.
- Return shipping for non-defective items is the responsibility of the customer.

Information We Collect
